Offer description<\/h5><p data-start=\"6100\" data-end=\"6148\">By placing an order, the customer subscribes to:<\/p><p data-start=\"6150\" data-end=\"6204\">\ud83d\udd39 An <strong data-start=\"6156\" data-end=\"6191\">initial service priced at \u20ac3.90<\/strong>, allowing:<\/p><ul data-start=\"6205\" data-end=\"6305\"><li data-start=\"6205\" data-end=\"6244\"><p data-start=\"6207\" data-end=\"6244\">launch of the Crit\u2019Air application,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6245\" data-end=\"6274\"><p data-start=\"6247\" data-end=\"6274\">assistance and follow-up,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6275\" data-end=\"6305\"><p data-start=\"6277\" data-end=\"6305\">access to the digital guide.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"6307\" data-end=\"6370\">\ud83d\udd39 This order includes a <strong data-start=\"6332\" data-end=\"6346\">free trial<\/strong> of the premium service.<\/p><p data-start=\"6372\" data-end=\"6502\">\ud83d\udd01 At the end of the trial, a <strong data-start=\"6402\" data-end=\"6428\">subscription of \u20ac45<\/strong> will be automatically activated and charged, unless cancelled beforehand.<\/p><p data-start=\"6504\" data-end=\"6546\">The subscription includes in particular:<\/p><ul data-start=\"6547\" data-end=\"6679\"><li data-start=\"6547\" data-end=\"6602\"><p data-start=\"6549\" data-end=\"6602\">up to <strong data-start=\"6555\" data-end=\"6599\">3 Crit\u2019Air sticker applications per year<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6603\" data-end=\"6624\"><p data-start=\"6605\" data-end=\"6624\">priority support,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6625\" data-end=\"6679\"><p data-start=\"6627\" data-end=\"6679\">continuous access to the ebook and premium services.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"6681\" data-end=\"6695\">3. Prices<\/h5><ul data-start=\"6696\" data-end=\"6811\"><li data-start=\"6696\" data-end=\"6732\"><p data-start=\"6698\" data-end=\"6732\">Initial service price: <strong data-start=\"6721\" data-end=\"6730\">\u20ac3.90<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6733\" data-end=\"6811\"><p data-start=\"6735\" data-end=\"6811\">Subscription price after trial: <strong data-start=\"6767\" data-end=\"6777\">\u20ac45<\/strong> (annual, unless stated otherwise)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"6813\" data-end=\"6891\">Prices are in euros and may be changed at any time without retroactive effect.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"6893\" data-end=\"6908\">4. Payment<\/h5><p data-start=\"6909\" data-end=\"7100\">Payment is due immediately at checkout and processed securely by external providers.<br data-start=\"6993\" data-end=\"6996\" \/>By validating the order, the customer authorizes the future charge of the subscription unless cancelled.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"7102\" data-end=\"7137\">5. Subscription &amp; cancellation<\/h5><p>The customer can cancel the subscription:<\/p><p>by contacting support at <a href=\"mailto:contact@service-france.com\">contact@service-france.com<\/a>.<\/p><p>Any cancellation made before the end of the trial period will prevent the \u20ac45 charge.<\/p><p>After billing, the subscription remains active until its expiry date.<\/p><p><strong>6. YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p><p>According to Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code relating to distance selling: When making a distance purchase, the consumer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p><p>The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the order is placed. To exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us, by means of an unambiguous notification, by email (<a href=\"mailto:contact@service-france.com\">contact@service-france.com<\/a>) of their decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal period is met if the customer sends their notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the required period.<\/p><p><strong>7. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p><p>If the customer withdraws from this contract, we are required to reimburse all payments received from the customer without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving their request for reimbursement.<\/p><p>For this refund, we will use the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged to the customer.<br \/>The right of withdrawal becomes void prematurely when the user waives the right of withdrawal by giving their consent during the ordering process. This means that the user authorizes the website to process their order immediately.<\/p><p>In this case, no refund is possible.<\/p><p><strong>8. COMPLAINTS \u2013 JURISDICTION<\/strong><br \/>For any complaint relating to the issuance of the Certificate, the applicant should contact our website via our email address: <a href=\"mailto:contact@service-france.com\">contact@service-france.com<\/a>.<\/p><p>In the event of a dispute, the applicable law is the law of the country in which the order was placed.<br \/>Any dispute relating to the formation, performance, or interpretation of these terms and conditions falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts when the claimant is acting outside the scope of their professional activity.<\/p><p>Any dispute relating to the formation, performance, or interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris when the claimant is acting in the course of their professional activity.<\/p><p>This clause also applies in the event of summary proceedings, warranty claims, incidental claims, or multiple defendants, regardless of the method or terms of payment.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"7650\" data-end=\"7671\">9. Refund policy<\/h5><p data-start=\"7672\" data-end=\"7822\">A refund may be granted if the application has not yet been submitted to the administration.<br data-start=\"7764\" data-end=\"7767\" \/>No refund will be possible once processing has started.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"7824\" data-end=\"7841\">10.
