Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
These Terms govern the relationship between la robe oriental, based in the United Arab Emirates, and any user placing an order on the website.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions for providing a private assistance service for applying for the Crit’Air sticker, including verification, support, follow-up and access to a digital guide.
This website is not an official government website.
2. Offer description
By placing an order, the customer subscribes to:
🔹 An initial service priced at €3.90, allowing:
launch of the Crit’Air application,
assistance and follow-up,
access to the digital guide.
🔹 This order includes a free trial of the premium service.
🔁 At the end of the trial, a subscription of €45 will be automatically activated and charged, unless cancelled beforehand.
The subscription includes in particular:
up to 3 Crit’Air sticker applications per year,
priority support,
continuous access to the ebook and premium services.
3. Prices
Initial service price: €3.90
Subscription price after trial: €45 (annual, unless stated otherwise)
Prices are in euros and may be changed at any time without retroactive effect.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately at checkout and processed securely by external providers.
By validating the order, the customer authorizes the future charge of the subscription unless cancelled.
5. Subscription & cancellation
The customer can cancel the subscription:
by contacting support at contact@service-france.com.
Any cancellation made before the end of the trial period will prevent the €45 charge.
After billing, the subscription remains active until its expiry date.
6. YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code relating to distance selling: When making a distance purchase, the consumer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the order is placed. To exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us, by means of an unambiguous notification, by email (contact@service-france.com) of their decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal period is met if the customer sends their notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the required period.
7. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If the customer withdraws from this contract, we are required to reimburse all payments received from the customer without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving their request for reimbursement.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged to the customer.
The right of withdrawal becomes void prematurely when the user waives the right of withdrawal by giving their consent during the ordering process. This means that the user authorizes the website to process their order immediately.
In this case, no refund is possible.
8. COMPLAINTS – JURISDICTION
For any complaint relating to the issuance of the Certificate, the applicant should contact our website via our email address: contact@service-france.com.
In the event of a dispute, the applicable law is the law of the country in which the order was placed.
Any dispute relating to the formation, performance, or interpretation of these terms and conditions falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts when the claimant is acting outside the scope of their professional activity.
Any dispute relating to the formation, performance, or interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris when the claimant is acting in the course of their professional activity.
This clause also applies in the event of summary proceedings, warranty claims, incidental claims, or multiple defendants, regardless of the method or terms of payment.
9. Refund policy
A refund may be granted if the application has not yet been submitted to the administration.
No refund will be possible once processing has started.
10. Liability
la robe oriental acts as an assistance intermediary and cannot be held responsible for delays or decisions of the French administration.
11. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We protect our customers’ personal data through appropriate technical and organizational measures. Information is collected solely for the purpose of providing the service, stored securely, accessible only to authorized personnel, and never resold. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Our website uses the HTTPS protocol and complies with applicable data protection regulations.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the place of establishment of the company.
An amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
